NSK derives its name from ‘Nava’ meaning ‘new’ and ‘Spoorthi’ meaning ‘abundant life. The Kendra therefore, proposes to be a Centre for healing & wholeness in mind, body & spirit. NSK was born of a felt-need in the community. The need for a ‘quiet place’ where one could take a break from the stress of day-to-day life, to stop and think… reflect… respond… and rejuvenate.

Over the years, our programmes, both in-house and external, have helped many to reassess their goals in life and charter a higher, more rewarding, path.
